Busy Busy Busy

It's been a busy couple of weeks for me. Two weekends in Michigan, back to back, and  then lots to do once I got home; a Meetup Tuesday, laundry Wednesday, coffee with friends Thursday, getting together with ex-cowokers Friday (there were two other gatherings I could have gone to last night as well, I wish I could space this stuff out better), work this afternoon, a barbeque tonight, lunch with my folks tomorrow, and then "I, Robot" with Pam tomorrow afternoon. Whew! That qualifies as a hectic week for me.

I signed up for Netflix Tuesday after the meetup. There was a collective gasp when I confessed that I had never seen "Alien" and a couple people there recommended Netflix. When I came home and checked it out they were having a free trial so I signed up. I ordered "Alien", "Big Fish" and the first series of "Second Sight" (Clive Owen).  They came on Thursday, it took ONE DAY for them to arrive! Wow! My mailcarrier didn't leave them in the little trough under our mailboxes, so I had to go to the post office and get them. Couldn't make it to the PO  until this morning though, 'cause of the super-convienent hours the post office  keeps. Closing at 5pm, I ask you, who closes at five? Not even banks close at five anymore.

Here's a panorama I stitched together from about four pictures taken on the dock in Michigan.

I'M BEING VERY CONSIDERATE AND POSTING THE BIG PANORAMA BEHIND AN LJ CUT-SO CLICK ON IT AND SEE THE PRETTY PICTURE, DAMMIT!
